TODO_ES: Privacy

The only information we collect directly is what you choose to share through our contact form: your name and email address are required; company, website, project details, and any message are optional. We don’t ask for payment information, and we don’t require an account to use this site.

Like any hosted site, our infrastructure provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical data for every request — things like IP address, browser type, and timestamps — for security and reliability.

If you accept the cookie banner, we also use Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used — which pages get visited, which links and buttons get used — so we can tell what’s working. We don’t use this for advertising, and we don’t sell any of it.

A small banner asks before anything non-essential loads. Decline (or just don’t answer) and no analytics cookie is ever set — nothing beyond what your browser sends on any normal request. Accept and Google Tag Manager sets a cookie to distinguish visits; you can change your mind at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

We use contact form submissions for one purpose: to read and respond to your inquiry. We don’t sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers below, who help us operate this site.

We rely on a small number of vendors to run this site:

• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure for attomik.co.
• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Google Tag Manager — usage analytics, only if you accept the cookie banner.

Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy and security practices.

Contact form submissions are delivered to our email inbox; we don’t currently maintain a separate marketing database. We retain that correspondence as long as it’s useful to the relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.

This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We operate from the United States and Mexico. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.

We’ll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes in any meaningful way.
